These conditions refer to the acquisition of products and services via fax, telephone, email and through the www.stamperiamarchi.it website managed by Stamperia Artigiana Marchi di Lara e Gabriele Marchi S.n.c, with registered offices at via C. Battisti 15, 47822 Santarcangelo di Romagna, listed on the Rimini Buisness Register with REA number REA RN-301918 – Tax ID and VAT number 03635290400.
These conditions govern purchases made on the website www.stamperiamarchi.it, in accordance with the stipulations of Part 3, Paragraph 1 of the Italian Consumer Code, legislative decree 206/2005, amended by l.d. 21/2014 and l.d. 70/2003 on e-commerce.
ARTICLE 1 – OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
With these general conditions of sale, Stamperia Artigiana Marchi di Lara e Gabriele Marchi S.n.c. sells and the Customer purchases remotely the material goods indicated and offered for sale on the website www.stamperiamarchi.it. The contract is fulfilled through the cutomer’s access to www.stamperiamarchi.it and the placing of an order in accordance with the procedure used by the website.
Prior to confirming their order, the customer undertakes to read these general conditions of sael, in particular the pre-contractual information provided by Stamperia Artigiana Marchi di Lara e Gabriele Marchi S.n.c., and their acceptance is considered tacit unless otherwise communicated by or to the customer by any means.

Before confirming the order with an obligation to pay, the customer is informed of:

- terms, conditions and procedure for exercising the right to withdraw;
- information regarding the cost payable by the customer for returning goods in the even of withdrawal;
- the existence of a legal guarantee of conformity for items purchased.

ARTICLE 3 – Fulfilment and efficacy of the contract
The contract of sale is considered fulfilled with the sending by Stamperia Artigiana Marchi di Lara e Gabriele Marchi S.n.c of an email to the customer confirming the order. The email contains the customer’s details and the order number, the price of the items purchased, the shipping costs and the delivery address to which the goods will be send.
The customer undertakes to check the correctness of personal data contained in the aforementioned email and to inform Stamperia Artigiana Marchi di Lara e Gabriele Marchi S.n.c promptly of any corrections/changes to apply.
Stamperia Artigiana Marchi di Lara e Gabriele Marchi S.n.c undertakes to describe and present items for sale on the site as accurately as possible. ARTICLE 4 – Availability of products
This refers to the effective availability at the time the order is placed by the customer. Such availability should however be considered purely indicative, as the items may be sold to other customers before the order is confirmed, due to the simultaneous presence on the website of several users.

Failure to follow these instructions will entail the loss of the guarantee that covers the product.
ARTICLE 6 – Payment method
All payments by customers may be carried out solely by credit card, as indicated on the website of Stamperia Artigiana Marchi di Lara e Gabriele Marchi S.n.c, by cash on delivery, bank transfer or Paypal.
All communication regarding payment and information provided by the customer at the time of payment is made via dedicated and secure channels.
ARTICLE 7 – Prices
The prices of the products are intended ex our warehouse excluding shipping costs.
Any taxes or duties will be charged to the recipient. The price of each product, as well as the amount of shipping costs, are communicated to the customer before the conclusion of the contract. All prices are in Euros and include VAT.

ARTICLE 8 – Right to withdraw
In accordance with current statutory provisions, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days of receiving the product.
Customers intending to exercise the right to withdraw must inform Stamperia Artigiana Marchi di Lara e Gabriele Marchi S.n.c by means of an explicit declaration containing their decision to withdraw from the contract.
In the event of exercising the right to withdraw, the customer must return the goods within 10 days from the data of informing Stamperia Artigiana Marchi di Lara e Gabriele Marchi S.n.c of their decision, in accordance with article 57 of l.d. 206/2005.
The goods should be sent back to Stamperia Artigiana Marchi di Lara e Gabriele Marchi S.n.c at Via Cesare Battisti 15, 47822 Santarcangelo di Romagna (RN).
Goods mush be returned in full, in the original packaging, complete in every part (including packaging and any associated documents or accessories etc), and complete with the relevant fiscal documentation. Without prejudice to the right to check the above, Stamperia Artigiana Marchi di Lara e Gabriele Marchi S.n.c will undertake to refund the value of the items returned within a maximum period of 14 days.
The customer may use any method of shipping to return goods, and all costs will be payable by them (article 56, paragraph 2 of l.d. 206/2005). We point out that in the event of defects in the product, shipping costs will be covered by Stamperia Artigiana Marchi di Lara e Gabriele Marchi S.n.c.
As stipulated in article 56, paragraph 3 of l.d. 206/2005, amended by l.d. 21/2014, Stamperia Artigiana Marchi di Lara e Gabriele Marchi S.n.c may suspend the refund until the goods are received or the customer provides proof of sending the goods to Stamperia Artigiana Marchi di Lara e Gabriele Marchi S.n.c.
Stamperia Artigiana Marchi di Lara e Gabriele Marchi S.n.c will refund the money to the same payment method chosen by the customer when making the purchase. In the case of payments made on delivery or by bank transfer, and where the customer intends to exercise the right of withdrawal, they must provide their bank details to Stamperia Artigiana Marchi di Lara e Gabriele Marchi S.n.c: IBAN, SWIFT and BIC, needed by Stamperia Artigiana Marchi di Lara e Gabriele Marchi S.n.c to make the refund.
ARTICLE 9 – Legal guarantee of conformityAll products sold on the www.stamperiamarchi.it website are covered by legal guarantee for twenty-four (24) months against defects in conformity. In the event that the products received are defective or do not conform to the order, the customer must email firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 months of discovering the defect. This guarantee does not apply where the defect is caused by failure to respect the instructions given in point 5 above – Washing instructions. To exercise this right, the customer should create a Return order. In the case of defective or non-conforming products, Stamperia Artigiana Marchi di Lara e Gabriele Marchi S.n.c will organise the collection of the product at its own expense and at the convenience of the customer.
ARTICLE 10 – Processing times and delivery methods
- If the product is available in the warehouse and ready to delivery, from 1 to 5 working days from the date of reception of the confirmation email sent to the customer by Stamperia Artigiana Marchi di Lara e Gabriele Marchi S.n.c.
- If the products are available but not for rapid delivery, from 20 to 30 working days from the date of reception of the confirmation email sent to the customer by Stamperia Artigiana Marchi di Lara e Gabriele Marchi S.n.c.
In the event that longer processing times are required than those indicated above for the processing of an order, will be the responsibility of Stamperia Artigiana Marchi di Lara and Gabriele Marchi Snc notify the customer by email communicating the expected time.

For every order placed on the website www.stamperiamarchi.com Stamperia Artigiana Marchi di Lara e Gabriele Marchi S.n.c raises a tax receipt or invoice for the goods sent. The invoice contains information provided by the customer during the purchase process. Once the invoice has been issued, it is no linger possible to change the details contained.
Stamperia Artigiana Marchi di Lara e Gabriele Marchi S.n.c accepts no responsibility for delays in dispatching or delivering orders.
Unless otherwise indicated, deliveries are considered to be on street level. On delivery of the goods by the carrier, the customer should check:
a) that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number indicated in the transport document;
b) that the package is whole, not damaged, wet or otherwise affected, including the fastening materials (adhesive tape, plastic bands).
Any damage to the packaging and/or the product, or lack of correspondence in number of packages must be immediately addressed by adding the words ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATIONS on the carrier’s delivery slip. Once the carrier’s document is signed, the customer cannot make any claim regarding the exterior conditions of the goods delivered.
We therefore recommend that where there are problems with the outside of the package, the carrier’s slip should be noted “With reservations for checking”. If this wording is not used and damage is found to the product, the carrier is no longer held responsible, regardless of the presence or absence of insurance.
Any issues related to the physical integrity, conformity or completeness of products received should be communicated within 7 days of delivery, using the methods described in this document.
In the case of failure to collect items within 5 working days which are at the carrier’s premised due to repeated impossibility to delivery to the address given by the customer, the order will be automatically cancelled, and the carrier will return the package to Stamperia Artigiana Marchi di Lara e Gabriele Marchi S.n.c. In this case the customer is required to refund Stamperia Artigiana Marchi di Lara e Gabriele Marchi S.n.c double the shipping costs (outward and return, plus any storage costs)
The package will be accompanied by the invoice listing the products contained and details of the shipping costs.
ARTICLE 11 – Responsibilities
Stamperia Artigiana Marchi di Lara e Gabriele Marchi S.n.c accepts no responsibility for disruption due to force majeure or accident, including those caused by malfunction or disruption to the internet, in the event that it is unable to fulfil orders in the time period contracted.

ARTICLE 15 – Applicable law and competent court
The sales contract between the customer and Stamperia Artigiana Marchi di Lara e Gabriele Marchi S.n.cis understood as entered into in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the resolution of civil or criminal disputes arising from this remote sales contract, where the customer is a consumer, the relevant jurisdiction is the court of their local municipality; in all other cases, the jurisdiction is solely the court of Rimini.
